SERHANT. is a real estate brokerage that was founded by Ryan Serhant with a mission to revolutionize the traditional brokerage model. Founded in 2020, they are the most-followed real estate brand in the world with over 4 million followers on social media alone.

Our goal was to perform a systems audit, research SaaS tools, and implement streamlined processes for their operations and marketing team so that they could scale the business and make data-driven decisions.

Process

Systems are critical for any organization, but they're only as good as the team that implements and manages them. Inefficiency can easily creep in, throwing off even the most carefully laid plans.

When we came on board, SERHANT.'s team was struggling with a number of inefficiencies in their process and they were paying for multiple systems that had the same offerings.
