Background

SkinMD MedSpa has 7 locations in Massachusetts, and was growing quickly. Their executive team approached our company about helping them create a centralized way for clients to submit requests where they would be able to monitor the communications and efficiency of their team. It was imperative that the process be easy for clients, not take up time, and give their clients visibility into where their request was holding. They had researched existing platforms and software on the market, but decided to create their own application software.
